We see Krishna in loving pastimes

Satsvarupa Dasa: L.A., 1969: Walking out of his room, he stopped before a crude painting of Krishna being dragged through the Vrindavana mud, as He hung onto the tail of a frightened calf. Krishna was in His yard and the nearby gopis watched the fun. Prabhupada said, "For the atheist, God comes as death, but we see Krishna in loving pastimes." He came down from his second-floor suite to see temple presidents from several U.S. states. L.A. was his new world headquarters and he had called us there to learn. I took notes of everything I saw, purchased the exact same black rubber tape that Vishnujana Swami used on his hands while playing the mridanga, and I bought the same plastic bottle for drinking water, by devotees on harinama.
