Enthusiasm of Honolulu temple devotees

Satsvarupa Dasa Goswami: The day of departure arrived. Our traveling party packed up, and we arrived at the airport to catch the plane to Tokyo. Almost all the devotees from the Honolulu temple were gathered at the airport, and they performed the most enthusiastic kirtana of our whole visit. Prabhupada had to walk down a long outdoor corridor to reach his flight, and as he did so, he was surrounded and followed by over thirty chanting and dancing devotees. The authorities did not object to the celebration, and Prabhupada was smiling as he walked with the kirtana group. Finally, they had to stay behind as we went with Prabhupada through the last exit towards his plane. "I think they have become more enthusiastic since I have come," said Prabhupada looking back over his shoulder. "Therefore I have to travel to all the temples."
