Prabhupada's biography

Satsvarupa Dasa Goswami: Srila Prabhupada used to say that he did not want a biography written about himself. But once, he said to Giriraja Swami that if his biography was written, it should say that he transplanted Vedic culture into the Western culture. He gave the example of transplanting a tulasi plant over a great distance, and said it was a very difficult thing. Near the end of his life, Srila Prabhupada gave his permission that a biography could be written and asked that I do it.
