The Deities

After plans for the triple altars had been finalized, we went to Jaipur to arrange for the carving of the Deities. Baradraja Prabhu went there three times, very kindly staying there at great sacrifice to oversee the work.

As the completion date drew near, we traveled all over India getting Deity paraphernalia - marble plates, silver staffs, six-foot brass lamps, clothing, a special type of jewelry from Jodhpur, and so on. 

Then Srila Prabhupada told us how to set up a festival for the temple opening.
