Scottish Church College

This colllege is the second oldest in North Calcutta, and through the years it has produced a long line of illustrious personalities, the foremost and topmost among them being A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Srila Prabhupada studied Sanskrit and English in his first year and then Sanskrit and philosophy in his second year in college. Once he also did a play on Chaitanya Mahaprabhu with his classmates.
